Focus and Scope

RESWARA: Jurnal Riset Ilmu Teknik is a scientific journal focused on the development, application, and innovation of engineering science in supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The journal aims to be a credible scientific publication platform for researchers, academics, and practitioners to disseminate research findings that contribute to sustainable, efficient, and science-based engineering solutions. RESWARA accepts manuscripts based on a strong theoretical framework and empirical research, encompassing basic research, applied research, and technology and engineering development. The journal encourages the publication of scientific works that present innovations, novel methodological approaches, and research findings relevant to development challenges at the local, national, and global levels.

The scope of RESWARA includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:

  1. Civil Engineering & Architecture: Structural engineering, transportation engineering, construction management, urban planning, and hydraulic engineering.

  2. Mechanical & Automotive Engineering: Thermodynamics, energy conversion, fluid mechanics, machinery design, manufacturing processes, and materials science.

  3. Electrical & Telecommunications Engineering: Power systems, electronics, control systems, robotics, signal processing, and wireless networks.

  4. Informatics & Information Systems: Software engineering, Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud computing, cybersecurity, and the Internet of Things (IoT).

  5. Industrial Engineering: Systems optimization, quality management, ergonomics, supply chain management, and production engineering.

  6. Chemical & Environmental Engineering: Chemical processing, biotechnology, waste management, renewable energy, and environmental health engineering.

  7. Earth & Resource Engineering: Mining engineering, petroleum engineering, applied geology, and geomatics/mapping.

  8. Agricultural Engineering & Technology: Precision agriculture, farm machinery and automation, post-harvest technology, irrigation and drainage systems, food process engineering, and smart farming systems.

All manuscripts submitted to RESWARA: Jurnal Riset Ilmu Teknik will undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure quality, objectivity, and scientific integrity. The final decision on acceptance or rejection rests solely with the Editorial Board, taking into account the recommendations of independent peer reviewers.
