Dampak Globalisasi terhadap Industri Manufaktur Indonesia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak globalisasi terhadap perkembangan industri manufaktur di Indonesia dengan meninjau aspek digitalisasi, integrasi rantai nilai global, dan keberlanjutan industri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode tinjauan literatur sistematis (systematic literature review) terhadap artikel ilmiah terindeks Scopus tahun 2021–2025 yang relevan dengan tema globalisasi dan industri manufaktur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa globalisasi mendorong percepatan adopsi teknologi digital, perluasan integrasi pasar internasional, serta peningkatan kesadaran terhadap praktik industri berkelanjutan. Namun, manfaat globalisasi belum dirasakan secara merata akibat kesenjangan infrastruktur, inovasi domestik yang terbatas, dan rendahnya kompetensi tenaga kerja. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa penguatan inovasi, peningkatan keterampilan digital, dan sinergi kebijakan pemerintah merupakan faktor kunci untuk meningkatkan daya saing manufaktur nasional di pasar global.
